Data retention
TrialGrid data will be deleted from the database if:
a user deletes an object (for example, a form or test case). These deletes are immediate; the object is deleted from the database straight away.
a user deletes a Draft or Project. This is a soft-delete; the Draft or Project will not be visible to users but is not deleted from the database for a further 30 days. During that 30 day period it can be restored by emailing a request to support@trialgrid.com.
TrialGrid runs a weekly background task to delete old records. The period of time after which the following records will be deleted is configurable and can be changed by emailing a request to support@trialgrid.com. The following list shows the default number of days after which records will be deleted.
