Organization Reports

The Organization report page allows the selection of reports, which can be exported to Excel using the 'gear' menu at the bottom right of the page.

Reports do not show live data, they are refreshed daily or monthly. Reports may show records for Projects and Drafts which have subsequently been deleted.

The following reports are refreshed daily:

• Projects

• User Project Roles

• Active Users

The following reports are refreshed monthly; on the first day of each month data is added for the previous month:

• User Activities

• Test Case Runs

• Diagnostic Runs

• Diagnostic Findings

• Diagnostic Explanations

• Study Build Activities

'View Reports' permission is required to access this page. This permission can be assigned by organization superusers on the team list page.
