Requesting SupportΒΆ

Your support contract with TrialGrid Ltd may include Telephone and Email support options but it is also possible to request help from any page in the system using the Support button in the header of the page.

Requesting Support

Clicking the Support button opens a support request window. TrialGrid Ltd monitors the support request inbox and will respond to your request as quickly as possible based on your support service agreement. All support requests raised this way are tracked to your login id.
