Edit Check Property Sheets
If custom property sheets have been defined for your role these will be shown as tabs on the Edit Check list page.
Property sheets provide a spreadsheet-like view of all Edit Checks in a single table. The columns which are available in the sheet are defined for the sheet and the Role so not all attributes of Edit Checks may be shown. Some columns may also be read-only for a particular Role and Roles which have no permission to edit objects will see a read-only view of the Edit Checks.
Note
Edit Check property sheets may include the Quickedit representation of the Check. When the Quickedit representation is shown and editable (i.e. not read only) then when saving the check row the Quickedit value for Check Name, Check Active, Bypass During Migration and Check Steps must match the column values for Check Name, Active, Bypass During Migration and CQL, respectively - if these columns are shown and editable. In other words, you cannot save a Check if the QuickEdit says the check name is CHECK1 and the Check Name column says it is CHECK2, these columns must agree if they are editable.
Note
If the Edit Check Description column is included in the property sheet definition it will only display values if there are less than 100 Edit Checks in the list. The Description field is expensive to generate and will slow down the display if too many Edit Checks are shown.
